When you first arrive to Zen by Deezer, you will be asked to select up to nine objectives from a predetermined list. These are things that you think you should be working on to help alleviate stress, reduce negative emotions, or even better your sleep habits.
Here are the nine objectives that you can choose from:
- Reduce my stress
- Better sleep
- Better focus
- Manage my emotions
- Be energized
- Improve my relationships
- Take care of my body
- Be more joyful
- Be more confident
These episodes will be at the top of the For you tab under the corresponding objectives that you have chosen.
Note: Any objectives that you have not chosen will still be visible, but they will be within the Objectives section of the Explore tab
At this time, we unfortunately do not allow users to change their Objectives. However, users can access all the Objectives within the Objectives section of the Explore tab.
